THE PROJECT

Creative Mentor Network empowers young talent from lower socioeconomic backgrounds to enter and thrive in the creative industry—as well as working with the companies that hire them. 

 

It wanted to revisit its brand strategy and establish a consistent messaging platform and tone of voice for future comms—including their website.

THE WORK

Phase I

Brand audit

  • Review and refine brand vision, mission and values.
  • Define core offering and key messages.
  • Develop a messaging house, brand archetype, and a new tone of voice that was visionary, supportive, transparent and inclusive—in keeping with its vision for a more open and accessible creative industry.

 

Phase II

Rewrite

  • Implement new strategy across their website.
  • Restructure pages.
  • Rewrite content to be clearer and more accessible.
  • Communicate the most important USP’s frequently throughout the site.
